Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Online Bidder with 2- 3 years of experience to help us acquire new projects on Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online freelancing portals like Upwork, managing client relationships, and converting potential leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Bidding & Proposals-

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain active communication with potential clients.

Client Management-

Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle client inquiries and ensure prompt responses.

Reporting-

Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client interactions.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on bidding performance and client acquisition.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an online bidder on Upwork.

Education: Bachelors degree.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of Upwork platform and bidding process.
Ability to write persuasive proposals and cover letters.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful project acquisition and client retention.
Experience in IT services, web development, mobile app development, or similar industries.
