Refund Policy – SumFactor
By engaging SumFactor’s services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. We strive for fair resolutions and evaluate all refund claims meticulously.

Full Refund: If design or post-sales operations have not started.
Partial Refund: If delivery fails after initial design approval, proportionate to work completed.
No Refund: Once the project is completed and delivered/uploaded.
Web Programming:
Full Refund: If the project has not begun.
Partial Refund: If the project isn’t completed as per the delivery strategy; amount based on work done.
Dedicated Resource Hiring (Offshore Staffing):
Full Refund: If the assigned resource has not started work.
Partial Refund: Proportionate to work completed until client cancellation.
No Refund: For services already rendered. Clients must promptly notify us of dissatisfaction to discuss adjustments; later negotiations are not possible.
Delivery Policy Applicability: Our commitment is subject to:

Client providing all necessary information at the project’s start.
Refunds are not applicable if client-side prerequisites or unclear specifications cause delays.
No compensation for delivery delays unless a penalty clause is specifically agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability: SumFactor’s liability for refunds is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project. We are not liable for other losses, and refunds are processed only if the client cancels the project in writing.
